We’ll agree what’s included before I start. If you need something beyond the package, I’ll explain the cost so you can decide.

Your quote covers the pages, features, design changes, timescale and payment schedule. Online shops, larger websites and advanced features are scoped and priced to suit the project.

Yes. Tell us what works, what feels outdated and what you'd like to change. We can discuss a refresh or a new design to suit your business.

Will my website work on a phone?

Yes. Your website will be designed to adapt to phones, tablets and computers, with readable text and clear buttons.

Can you include booking or payments?

We can discuss connecting booking and payment services that suit your business. Any provider fees and setup requirements will be clarified before the work starts.

When do I pay?

Your payment schedule is agreed in writing before work starts, so you know what is due and when. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to payment.

Are design changes included?

Your quote will explain the design review stages and included changes. Extra pages, features or changes outside that scope are agreed separately before the work is done.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business name, the services you offer and a little about your customers are a good start. If you have a logo, photos or examples you love, we can build from those too.

How do I get a price for my website?

The website package is £100 plus £10/month hosting. We agree the pages and features before starting. Domains, paid services and any extras are explained in your quote.
